You agree to be solely responsible for the content of your transmissions through the Services.

All these legal responsibilities will be of the user, you, client and third party. Our company will remain completely free from all these legal responsibilities.

11. Payments and Fees

You agree to pay the fees as agreed upon in the separate agreements or proposals provided by Webytes Infotech Private Limited terms and methods will be specified in the respective agreements or invoices. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

12. Subscription renewal

If you select Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly or Yearly plan under the Subscription model and the subscription plan selected by you is over and within 15 days of its expiry, you will have to re-pay the subscription plan price as per the subscription plan prescribed at that time, otherwise we have the full right to stop, suspend and permanently close all services without any notice and you will not have the right to receive any content

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1. We are not responsible for any consequences arising out of the following events:

• 13.1.1. if the Website and/or Platform is inoperative/non-responsive due to any connectivity errors associated with the internet connection such as but not limited to slow connectivity, no connectivity, server failure;

• 13.1.2. if you have fed incorrect information or data or for any deletion of data;

• 13.1.3. if there is an undue delay or inability to communicate through email;
